48-Hour Score Update

Acranet offers a score update process with all three credit bureaus to expedite file corrections. Fax us the documentation to support the file correction, and we will forward it to the appropriate bureau. We will contact you when the file is ready to be re-pulled.

Examples of acceptable documentation include:

• Letters on creditor's letterhead
• Recent (less than 90 days)
• Including account number and consumer name
• Clearly stating the correction issue
• Including phone number for Bureau verification
• Official copy of recorded public record information
• Other verifiable lender correspondence

The price is $25 per tradeline, per bureau for the applicant, and $25 per tradeline per bureau for the co-applicant. Plus the cost for the new credit report.

Example:

To correct one tradeline for the applicant with all three bureaus will be $75 + cost for the new credit report for one person.

To correct one tradeline for an applicant and a co-applicant with all three bureaus will be $150 + cost for the new credit report for two people.

* Credit scores are calculated and determined by the credit bureaus. Changes in credit scores cannot be guaranteed. Acranet will have no way of determining in advance how much a correction may change your clients' scores.
