Accessing your account and ordering reports
1. Access the Internet through your connection
2. In the address box type: www.NCCheck.com and login through our home page. This will take you to http://www.xpertonline.net . Acranet will provide you with you Company ID, User ID and Password.

2. Once you are in, you will find the welcome page. Please click on Add New Report.

3. Now enter your customer's information. Only the boxes in yellow are required fields. You do not need to have the additional information. Now, select the product you need and click on order credit.

4. Once you ordered, your screen will show as the one below..it may take a few seconds to open the PDF (Adobe Acrobat) file.

5. Your credit report will pop in front of you as an Adobe Acrobat file. Please make sure your computer has no pop-ups blocking the PDF (Adobe Acrobat) files.

NOTES:
The system may ask you a few times if you want to access a secured site. Please Click YES.

Understanding the Action Menu
Your Action Menu provides you with several services. Below is a brief description of the various tabs:
Welcome:
Add New Report - When you need to request a new credit report. The basic information you will need is: name, last name, social security number and current address, including city, state and zip code.
View Inbox - Takes you to the list of credit report you have ordered in the past 45 days. Check at the bottom for additional pages. Once you click on the reference number left to the name you will be in the screen that displays the PDF (adobe acrobat) document for that specific report. When you double click the PDF Lender Report it should open in front of you and you will be able to print.
Find a Report - Within the search box you can type one portion of the last name or the complete SSN without dashes. The system will display the information found.

Manage Users:
Change Password - To change user access to the system.
Manage Users - This section helps in managing the users included within the system. You can add users and set an initial password for them. You can also change the password when you need to impede access to the system. In addition, you have three levels of authority to access this system.
USER - Has access ONLY to the credit report he/she pulls,
SUPERVISOR - Has access to ALL credit reports pulled in the system, and
ADMINISTRATOR - Provides access to ALL credit reports pulled in the system and to Management Reports (billing) as well.
Management Reports - Provides access to various billing and usage reports from the system.

Access through DO/DU
One Time Only Setup - LOS (Loan Origination Software) Interface
1. Access the Internet through your Internet Explorer or DSL connection.
2. In the address box type: http://www.xpertonline.net/losactivex and push enter.
3. Your computer will go to a screen (a few seconds) with the following message:

4. Shortly after that, you will see a small square asking the following information:

The User ID and Password are case sensitive so you need to have CAPS LOCK on when entering this information.
5. After that you will access another screen that requires the following information:
Select LOS
Select Point 3.6 and above
Point Interface Vendor
Select Synergistic Xpertonline.net Interface
Default Product
Select the most frequently used product, example: Tri-Merge Report or Fannie Mae PreQual, etc.
General Settings
Are usually set up as default. You don't need to change or choose anything here.
Just Click "OK"
The system will take you to a screen with the message:
Scanning Exports & Mailbox Reports.
If Point finds a pending report it will try to import the information now. However, if you do not want Calyx Point to bring the information just say: DO NOTHING AT THIS TIME AND IMPORT THE INFORMATION LATER.

Access to credit reports through Point directly
1.- Using Calyx Point, create and save a borrower file with your Applicant (Co-Applicant – if applicable) basic information, such as name, middle name, last name, SSN, and current address. (Omit special characters like: #, %, -, periods, etc.)
2. From the Point Menu click on Services. Next, from the drop down menu select Credit Reports -à Request Credit.

3. Next, under credit agency select “Acranet” (listed in alphabetical order). Then, under individual report choose infile and make sure all three bureaus are selected. Under request type choose “Order New Report”. Then, click on Submit at the bottom of that screen.

4. For security purposes, the system will request your Log In information. Account number is your regular “Company ID”, then User ID and Password (case sensitive).

5. Please wait a few seconds.

- In order to auto-populate your 1003, select the option Ignore $0 balance and then click on “Populate” to import your liabilities.


7. The system will display the PDF version of the credit report and it will automatically populate the 1003.

8. Minimize your adobe acrobat and you will be able to access the page to view all the liabilities. (Page 3)

Fannie Mae Reissue Steps
When attempting a reissue at the Fannie Mae web page, you MUST follow these guidelines in order to receive a reissue, at no charge, instead of a new file, additional charge.
In the Fannie Mae web site, on the DO/DU screen:
- Order Credit: YES
- Fill borrower and co-borrower names
- Fill in report type (individual or Joint)
- Reissue existing credit: YES
- Fill in borrower and co-borrower reissue number, which is located at the upper left corner of your report.
- Pick credit vendor: Find NATIONAL CREDIT CHECK - #34 at the dropdown list.
- Fill in the Fannie Mae account number and Password/PIN provided to by Acranet. You may also need the Fannie Mae Number listed on the face of the credit report right below the reference number.
- Submission Type: Choose interim or Final according to your needs.
- Auto-populate liabilities according to your needs.
- Click send submission.
IF YOU FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES, YOU WILL SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVE A REISSUE FILE. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THIS EXCATLY, YOU WILL RECEIVE A NEW FILE AND BE CHARGED FOR A BRAND NEW FILE.

You may also pay for each credit report every time you place an order. This option is best for mortgage brokers who want to avoid high monthly bills, or those who want to pass the credit report cost to their loan officers.
